We do this through a three-pronged flat-rate approach that includes:

  • Help Desk - Your staff can reach our help desk team any time during business hours to resolve any issue or train on any tool, large or small. We maintain a <15 minute first response time to new tickets, so your team can get back on the road as quickly as possible. Since we are flat rate, requests do not need to be routed through your management team for billing approval. This allows folks to get back to work more quickly. 
  • Security/Maintenance/Monitoring/Backup - We consider these items to be the bare essentials of IT management for businesses. We use cutting-edge tools to deliver the most consistent and seemless technology experience for your business.
  • vCIO/Executive Reporting - We meet with each of our customers individually in our monthly partner meeting, so that we can hear directly from you and your team. These meetins also allow us to keep key decision makers up to speed on relevant technology developments.
